Three countries (Germany, America and Japan) staged the same short play by Brecht “Der Jasager und der Neinsager”, each using their own theater-language. The opening of the three shows was on February 1st 2014 for the Brecht Festival in Augsburg.
The three theater spaces were connected via an online stream which provided the possibility to see one play live and two others on a screen. The immediate comparative view on different stagings allowed a new form of expertise and experience.
The different time zones lead to funny opening times like in the middle of the night.
